How to Cancel Order:
You can cancel orders within 24H of purchase and you will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept the following reasons for return and refund.
- Incorrect Product (Color, Size,Style)
- Damage Product
- Defective Product
Damage/Lost caused by customers is non-refundable.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
If your product complies with the return policy, please contact us within 30 days from received your order.

Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.
Please include the following information:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase (Order information Screenshot)
- Reasons for return
- In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.
ABOUT THE SHIPPING COST ON RETURNS:
We will send you a return label after the return is approved.
For defective items, You do not need to pay the return shipping cost.
For non-defective items, Customer pay the Return shipping costs.
(Note: No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product)
ABOUT THE RETURN ADDRESS:
Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
(Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted).
We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.
